IE7pro

IE7pro is an extension for Internet Explorer 7 that adds some extra features to the Microsoft browser.

For starters, IE7pro is capable of blocking any ads, be them from Google or any other advertiser.

IE7pro will also periodically refresh each tab separately, even showing the time left before each page is refreshed.

Another interesting feature is called Super Drag & Drop, which is just a quick way to open links in all the major search engines. This feature can also be used to store images in a particular folder.

Finally, IE7pro includes a tab manager that allows you to recover any accidentally closed tabs, a tool to save the current page as an image in PNG format, and a proxy server manager.
